To rent a desk in the studio is £225 + VAT per month all inclusive.

This covers all costs and is all you will need to pay. It includes, rent, rates, electricity,  water, meeting room use, cleaning and fibre optic broadband via cable or wifi. The only thing that you may wish to pay on top of this is for your own BT landline should you require one. If you are happy with mobile and voip (which runs very well over fibre optic) then you are good to go.

Terms are one month’s rent upfront, one month’s rent as a deposit and a £40 key deposit.

There is a one month notice period in either direction so when it’s time for you to move on, expanding, contracting, emigrating etc then you just need to pay for the last month and move on.
